Secure (HIPAA compliant) Intra and Inter office e-mail communications.  Pre-virus scanned for your protection with built in spam protection.  E-mail is available from any computer.

Faxing
Direct faxing capabilities either into or from the patients’ chart.  Faxing into the chart works similar to scanning a document, except DocLinks™ allows you to logically place the document inside a patients chart by labeling and identifying the document.  Fax chart notes to outside offices or for billing purposes.

Paging and Call Calendars
A DocLinks™ Core Resource designed to allow users to send alphanumeric pages expediting communication between staff and providers.  Features include, call schedule calendars which interact to auto-direct calls and are available for viewing between groups and ancillary services; time of day.
